The standard workday runs 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM — nine hours including a one-hour lunch. Arriving up to an hour late shifts the whole day forward by the same amount, so the finish time moves with it.
On time at or before 8:30. Between 8:30 and 9:30 uses the grace period — allowed, but it pushes your leave time back by the same delay. Past 9:30 is out of time.
Lunch must last exactly one hour. A shorter or longer break is flagged automatically.
Leaving exactly at your expected time (17:30 plus any grace used at entry) is on time.
